made. by ac: a design and software studio in Visakhapatnam
made. by ac is a design and software studio based in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India, founded and led by Asrith Cheepurupalli. It builds appointment booking systems for clinics, restaurant QR ordering, WhatsApp and AI automation, websites, and brand identity, for clients in India and overseas.
What we build
- Appointment booking software for clinics and hospitals: Online and WhatsApp appointment booking with payments and a live token queue for clinics and hospitals in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and across India.
- Web development company in Visakhapatnam: A Vizag studio that designs and builds fast, search-ready websites and web apps for businesses in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and across India.
- Restaurant QR ordering system and digital menu: Table QR ordering, a brand-matched digital menu, group ordering and loyalty for restaurants and bars in Vizag and across India. Guests download nothing.
- WhatsApp business automation for bookings and orders: WhatsApp assistants on Meta's official API that take bookings, send reminders, collect payments and answer questions for clinics, restaurants and shops.
- Brand identity and packaging design in Visakhapatnam: Brand identity, packaging systems, festive collections and launch campaigns from a Vizag design studio, for food, consumer and service brands across India.
- A monthly content retainer: blog posts and newsletters, handled: A fixed monthly retainer for blog posts and newsletters. You brief us once, we draft and edit every piece, and you approve it. For founders and small teams.
- Property listing pages for real estate agents and builders: Turn messy property details into a clean, branded listing page with photos, price and a WhatsApp enquiry button. Built for agents, brokers and builders.
Work we can point to
Aavira is our own flagship study of a restaurant platform. It is a study, not a client project.
Products we make ourselves
- made. table: A restaurant ordering system that composes a bespoke demo from a venue's name and vibe.
- Airlock: A browser extension that strips personal data on the device before a prompt reaches an AI chatbot.
- Stash: A private, searchable archive of your AI chats and the pages you read, kept on your own device.
- Pingless: An Android app that reads notifications on the phone and clears the noise, with no internet permission.
- NADIR: Point a phone out of a plane window and it names the ground below, offline.
- Percentyle: A CAT exam preparation app with real past year questions and mock tests.
- supermind.: A second brain that stays on your device, with optional encryption and no server.
Questions we are asked
What do you actually make?
Brands and campaigns, websites, software products, and WhatsApp and AI agents. Our clinic and restaurant platforms are the clearest examples: you can see both in the work.
Who will I work with?
One team that designs and codes, so what you approve is what goes live. There is no hand-off between a design agency and a separate developer.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Visakhapatnam, in person here and over video everywhere else.
What happens first?
A short conversation about how your day runs and what is not working. We scope from that, and show real screens early.
How do you price a project?
A project has a defined scope and outcome, and we price it once it is scoped. If you want an ongoing partner instead, Studio on call is a monthly retainer. The AI agent starts as a pilot.
How long will it take?
It depends on the scope. You get the timeline together with the quote, before any work starts.
Can I try before I commit?
Yes. The AI agent starts as a short pilot on your real calls, and we do a free teardown of your current site.
What do you build with?
Real code on a real stack: React and Next.js, Supabase, WhatsApp's official Business API and Razorpay for payments, checked on real devices.
Do you stay on after launch?
Yes. We stay on after go-live, not just until the invoice.
